Believe me, you sould happy with this Free Books For Kindle: Linked List Of Over 1,000 Free Fiction Classics For Download As Free Kindle Books From Amazon (by Foner Books) :
Customer Review for this product :
Great Resource for FREE Classics!!! -
This book is WELL worth the investment! While this book is billed as a "Linked List of Over 1,000 Free Fiction Classics," it is MUCH more than JUST a list of books with links to purchase the free public domain title in the Amazon store! The author has written a biographical sketch for each author he profiles in this book! I purchased this book today and have already learned SO many interesting facts about different authors. Mr. Rosenthal writes in a very friendly, personal manner. You almost feel as though you are having a conversation with a close friend as you read his reviews. His critiques of several of the featured authors have piqued my interest. I am looking forward to reading some new "old" authors. This is a valuable resource whether you are well-versed in classic literature or whether you are newbie looking to find more in-depth reading or just need to feed a voracious reading habit!
The Linked List is also very helpful. Each book has a link embedded into it, so when you click or touch it, the Amazon website opens directly on the book you were reading about.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are using the 3G version of the Kindle Touch, you must have the WIRELESS or WI-FI turned on to access these links. The 3G Experimental Browser on the Kindle Touch does not allow access to the regular Amazon website. If you have the WI-Fi turned on, you will have no problem purchasing your free books from your Kindle Touch!

ALL LINKS CHECKED AND WORKING ON 2/26/2012.
I built this list after my father paid several dollars for a classic that was available free on Kindle. Everybody who loves classic literature knows that it can be confusing to find out-of-copyright copies for free with so many people trying to sell paid versions of the same titles. Recent updates include the most popular titles from the Bronte sisters, Twain, Dickens and Dumas that Amazon only released as free Kindle eBooks in the last few months.
This list of free classic eBooks on Amazon works best on Kindle 3 and iPad. If you click the linked title, it will bring you directly to the product page for the free eBook in the Kindle store. If you are using a Kindle 3, an iPad, or other eBook reader with a decent web browser, you can sign into your Amazon account and download the eBook immediately.
If you are reading on an older Kindle 2 or Kindle 1, you can add the book to your Wish List and the next time you use a computer to access Amazon, you can have the Wish List items sent to your Kindle for free. Or, if you want to begin reading the eBook immediately on an older Kindle, you can simply note the title and cover design of the linked eBook in the Kindle store, and then search for the title with your Kindle. If there are multiple copies, pick the one with the cover that matches, confirm that it is free, and then download it to your Kindle.
